If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please initiate a Return Request on our website within 7 days from the delivery date.
For electronic appliances, mobile phones, and smartwatches, please return the product within 1-2 days without opening the box. Once the box is opened, we cannot process any refunds or returns.
